By using Zuxtra.com products & tools the User is agreeing upon the following terms:

• Store owners/ Users have the complete authority & ownership to use the logos, brand name, business information for their respective businesses
• Store owners/ Users have the complete authority & ownership of the business data generated in the online store for their respective businesses
• Sublicense, resell, rent or lease a store is prohibited for the User
• Selling of stolen / counterfeit items, alcohol, drugs or any other illegal items are banned on Zuxtra.com
• Zuxtra.com stores contain products & services uploded by respective store owners & will not be responsible for any product related issues.
• Accesing restricted content or overusing subscribed package by hacking, scraping, bot or any other illegal way will be termed as a violation of the contract
• The site and content, server and network components, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. Network, server, code components are subjected to unwanted but possible downtime for maintenance/ modification/ virus attack/ hacking/ natural disaster
• Using subsequent free access / trials leading to the subscription, the User must agree that Zuxtra.com will not be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or exemplary damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits or the like)
• Zuxtra.com has the right to ban the store without refund for any kind of illegal activity
• Zuxtra.com collects subscription fees from the store owners, which are non refundable
• Zuxtra.com has zero liability on the items sold by the stores , the entire liability, warranty & support are on the respective store owners
• 3rd party payment gateways used in stores directly deal with the respective store owners
• Uploading of unnecessary files / viruses/ malwares / phishing scripts to the server will lead to the deletion of the files / banning of the store & responsible parties will be subjected to damage charges
• All the site contents , tools, codes are the exclusive intellectual property of Zuxtra Network Pvt. Ltd. Any copy right, trade mark, IP violation will be subjected to legal actions
• Any legal issue will be under the Indian law in the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal
